An extension of the Sainsbury Distribution Centre was well underway when Barton Plant called on the service of K&B Crushers to assist with the processing and recycling of the concrete and hardcore on site.
Using a variation of equipment which included various excavators with bucket, hydraulic breaker and pulveriser attachments, 48tn Crusher, 3-way split screener, we were able to work alongside Barton Plant to process all arisings that were provided to us, to then crush and screen to various specifications of material.
Both 6F2 and Type 1 materials were produced on this site for re-use. K&B spent 4 months on site with Barton Plant at Basingstoke constantly processing and crushing to recycle and produce materials required.
